Phase 1

Strategic Clarity Workshop

Most companies already know AI could help. This session is about finding out specifically where — and what's actually in the way.

What this is

A half-day facilitated session with your leadership team. The output is a map of your current AI maturity across five dimensions — Strategy, People, Data, Internal Tools, Customer-Facing Tools — and a prioritized view of where to focus next.

It's diagnostic, not prescriptive. We're not walking in with a predetermined answer. We're building the picture with you.

Who should be in the room

  • Founder or COO (required)
  • Ops lead or head of logistics (required)
  • IT or data lead if one exists (recommended, not required)
  • The session doesn't work well with more than 6 people — it becomes a presentation, not a working session

What you walk away with

  • An honest assessment of where you actually are across each of the five dimensions (not a vendor's scorecard — one we built together)
  • A ranked list of the 3–5 operational areas most suited for AI at your current stage
  • A clear picture of what's blocking you — whether that's data quality, process clarity, organizational structure, or something else
  • A decision on whether and how to proceed — with Flowcraft or independently

What happens after

Some clients take the output and run with it internally. Others move into a Capability-Building engagement. A small number find that the clarity session surfaces a problem that isn't an AI problem at all — and that's a useful outcome too.

Common questions

We've already done an internal AI audit.

Most of the audits we see were done with a tool vendor's framework. That produces a different result than one built from your actual operations.

We don't have a data strategy yet.

That's fine. Most companies at this stage don't. The session maps where you are — it doesn't require you to be further along first.

Is this a sales pitch for the next phase?

It's not structured that way. The output stands on its own. If there's a fit for the next phase, that'll be clear from the session — we don't need to push it.

If the framing resonates, the session itself is low-risk. The output is useful regardless of what comes next.
